$20+ per hour (depending on level of experience)

Part-time or full-time, with nights and weekends required.

Job Description

Position Summary:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to the restaurant’s standards during service. They work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality, speed, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness throughout service.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
  • Assist in prep work and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior line cook experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
